Then, type in the individual tasks needed to complete the job.
Next, enter the potential hazards associated with each task using our predetermined hazards list, or enter your own custom hazards.
Lastly, enter the controls needed to mitigate the hazards, again selecting from our predetermined list, or enter your own custom controls.
Preview your report; if it looks good, simply hit the Submit button and your JSA will be delivered via email in PDF format.
It’s really that simple!The app allows you to capture photos and assign them to individual tasks.
